Overall floor area is 50 sq m. This house is a part of a huge villa and is situated at prestigious cottage estate. The house has a stunning view, a promenade area, a pond and barbeque facilities. For an extra charge you can get an access to a swimming pool and SPA-comlex which are in 50 meters from the villa. We are also glad to invite families with children. The villa is comfortable for 4-6 guests and has all facilities needed.
